While Grandma and Grandpa B were here, they went with Adam and Caroline to White Park to go sledding. There was a beautiful fresh blanket of snow covering Concord so it was a perfect day to go. Caroline loved making snow angels, being buried in the snow up to her neck, riding down the hill, eating it, and as you can see in the video..rolling in it. As Caroline rode through the fresh powder she would say, "Clouds, clouds, clouds." Adam said she had no fear of the cold. She would take her gloves off and dig her hands into the snow to get handfuls to eat. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for getting such great pictures and video so I could enjoy the outing from home. Olive and I stayed home and spent time together making homemade pizza for lunch, we had a lovely time as well.
Adam's parents have been gone a while now and oh how we miss our house elves that would have the kitchen clean after meals and make Caroline crowns and keep her fully entertained while I would be tending to Olive. We do hope that all of our visitors backs have or soon will recover from sleeping on the futon :). We love and miss you all!
p.s. Also let it be known that Adam returned to school today, therefore I was home ALONE with the two little ones. All I can say is, the house is still standing and we are all alive, it was a pretty good day. Reality is here and I think I can do this!

That's almost a paper chain of snow angels, the way Caroline was rolling around in the snow! I'm glad you survived your first day alone with the girls. Yeah--good luck with that! :o)

That looks like so much fun. It does look like a fairyland of snow and I can see why Caroline loved it so. Glad that you survived being "home alone". See you can do it.

Oh I miss that cute girl! Glad you guys are enjoying the snow... it has only snowed once since we have been here and it was gone the next day! I hope you guys are staying warm and enjoying New Hampshire, it really is a great place to live. :-)

I'm so glad you got your Christmas Dresses pic at last. They are adorable. Our backs are just fine. We miss you and the girls terribly...thank goodness for occasional visits. Good luck with round-two law school and semi-single mothering! If anyone can pull it off, you can! Remember, those who love you are just a Skype away! Can't wait to see you again.
