Caroline and I were sad to say goodbye to Adam tonight so he could fly back to SLC! It is not a trip for pleasure, he will be defending

THIS BEAST...
...his dreaded thesis!! (Note: this is only a SMALL fraction of the info. in his thesis...there are piles and piles!) I am devastated that I can't be there to see it, but his mentor wouldn't pay for my ticket, but luckily paid for Adam's. :)

We are so proud of him and can't believe all of the hard work he has put into it. He will fly back Sat. and then have a day to relax on Sunday and then he will start
this...
Law School at Franklin Pierce!!

Caroline says, "Good Luck Daddy! Come back to 'New Hampster'!"

"new hampster" how cute is that?! The school looks fancy-shmancy, like in a movie or something. Get him some glasses & I'm sure he'll fit right in! Wish him good luck on the thesis...that's something I never hope to be doing, but we all know how great he'll be.

It's about time - right??? I hope that this is really the last of the "dreaded thesis" and Adam can put that all behind him. He'll do great! Good to talk to you last night. Hope you slept well.

It was the saddest that timing turned out against you. Adam definitely relies on your support to get him through tough times (we're SO glad he has his girls!)But...you would have been proud of your husband! He was professional and intellectual...absolutely stunning! Blake and I had to look at each other and wonder, "How did we make a kid like that?!" He's no kid now, but an intelligent, seasoned professional student. We expect that one day he'll have a "real job" to show for all this hard work. Love you three & 9/12ths!
